I followed several tips from this forum for this cook. Simple rub of salt, pepper, granulated garlic and Worcestershire Sauce. In a pan bedded with sliced onions and a 50:50 mixture of water and Apple Cider Vinegar.  450F for the first 30 minutes then 300F for 2 1/2 hours. Great flavor!
