Hattie B's Hot Chicken

Ok, I did some pretty good fried chicken 'near' the Egg last week, but it didn't come close to Hattie B's Hot Chicken in Nashville. Had dinner there tonight, across from the Courtyard in West End. Best fried chicken I've ever had. Any one have a recipe that comes close?

I am pretty sure Hattie B's is fried and then they toss the chicken in a bowl with the pre-made sauces. I think you just need to work on your sauce mix.

Sorry about the tease - just trying to find a recipe. My fried chicken is ok, but not like this. Thanks @TexanOfTheNorth. May have to try that technique.
