    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    If you maintain a steady 350 should be right at 2 hours give or take a little. Happy Easter and enjoy that bird my friend.

    Will do thanks. Happy Easter, hopefully you're on dry land soon, but I'm sure working those hours out there can't be bad money lol.

    Since I actually have a XL this holiday I'm looking forward to Turkey during with ease.. hard to fit a good turkey in a medium.

    No doubt brother. The larger units take a lot of the aggravation out of holiday cooking as you are not cramped for space.
