Enjoy!

Spicy Bok Choy & my new Shun Honesuki (boning knife for chicken).

New Steak Knife

Raws of the steak tonight:

Cast-ironed seared in bacon grease.

Pool of juices on top of the steak..

Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese on the BGE

All in all - great meal. Thought the crust on the steak was a hair too crunchy, and the steak a few degrees over cooked. But, enjoyable to say the least.

Yep... that looks good.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

I managed to snag the Shun at $65 off. Paid $100 and change for it. My first Shun. I've got a few other Japanese knives as well.
