@nollaegghead no bar mitzvah ,
I am cooking for the out of town guests dinner for my wedding. So kind of like a bar mitzvah but more like the sequal .
Some of the people are kinda kosher hence the not eating pork .....

Depends on the meat my friend. Canadian cattle don't have chucks. I would think you could do pulled beef or chicken, beans, coleslaw and potato salad in advance.Steve
