The Chow Chow is from the same company that makes the bacon jam. FIL made chow chow and his was the best, but this one is a very close second.My first read I say sammy not jammy, but the tender in chile would make a great sammy too....Have to try that.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx
