At "The W Room" it's a speak easy bar in KC. Got a smoked bourbon. They make the drink and put it under a lid and burn applewood on it at the bar. Pretty good. Def recommend it if in the KC area. In DT L.S. Probably one of the best bar tenders you'll ever see.
