Why did I wait so long??

I purchased my first Green Egg this past weekend and after the very first use I am sorry that I waited this long to purchase one!  So far I have only cooked some sausage and steaks but look forward to cooking on it daily when I am home.  I told my wife that no one had to wonder what to buy me in the future for a gift as I wanted every egg cessory available!  The ease of cooking on this thing is amazing.  I can't wait to get back home (I work 14 days at a time in the Gulf of MExico) and build a cart and really get cooking!

Good for you. Congrats. Food on the egg is awesome, hopefully you will spend more time at home grilling different meals, and not going to restaurants. Enjoy it.
