    That could be dangerous.  Imagine accidently pouring a shot in the dark and slamming down a shot of EVOO.  Gives me the shudders just thinking about it.

    I cannot tell you how many times while preparing a weekend brunch, with a libation at hand, I have picked up a glass of raw scrambled eggs and almost taken a swig.  Haven't done it yet.
