Finally an Amazing Turkey Meatloaf

I put this in OT because it was all cooked inside because of the ice storm moving thru. Didn't want to fight it.
Anyway I have several less than stellar turkey meatloafs that were just simply dry & boring but I was determined to make a good & moist one. This one fit the ticket. The mushroom gave it a whole new level of taste and moisture. I may try on the egg but is was so good I am undecided whether to mess with it or not.
Started out with fresh ground turkey and I added 3 chicken thighs for the fat
Sautéing the onions,garlic and mushrooms
Out of the oven after 45mins at 400
And sliced up with some homemade mashed potatoes with chives made by my wife.

Matt - looks good - two things about meatloaf on the egg. 1) be careful with amount of wood chips/chunks, meatloaf absorbs a lot of smoke. 2) use bbq sauce instead of ketchup, works greatAustin, TX
