Can you imagine firing that up, catching a big ole beautiful stripper or tuna, cleaning it up and tossing it on the grill. Damn my mouth is watering.

I think it is real. I made a carrier i hook to the 3 point hitch of my 95 horse John Deere so me and the wife can move ours around the property to cook in different areas. There are some creative people in the egging world.

I was thinking about doing it. I don't really see any major problems with doing this. Get some kind of set up so it just does not tip over and I think it could be an awesome thing to do!!

All the boat BBQ pics I've see had them hanging off the stern,  Saw one though that had a sort of sandbox the grill sat in.

Still. Fire on a boat in the middle of the ocean...makes no sense to me. Lol

In truth there are a lot of boats that have them on board. Some are in gimbaled mounts and some are astern. I would hate to be talking to my insurance company and telling them an errant ember from the egg kinda caused the fuel tanks to 'splode.

It's probably real. Though not very smart. Wonder what that pic would look like if you had to force an inlet... As much as I love Eggs, I would not put one on a boat, unless it was a lake boat.

That guy is living the life.  Just think..catch a fish, clean a fish,  grill a fish,  eat a fish!  In theory its great.  In practice it may be dangerous.  I'd try it with the right mounting brackets.

maybe a pontoon boat in a small pond but nothing survives my lobsterboat no matter how tough its built, if chairs dont survive the year, hows an egg going to survive )

"Sea Hunter" in Orange Beach,  AL has a large Egg on it.  It is built into the center of the fishing area.  It is part of the live well, cooler area.  It's a really nice setup, and it was my first experience with an Egg.

The deckhands cooked us a few meals on it on the 2 day trip.  Fantastic.
