Spatchcock turkey breast only, how much difference in cook time?

What can I except compared to spatching a whole bird?

    It wont be much different. It has to cook until its done. Removing the parts give you more control over how done individual pieces are but doesnt really speed the cook along. I just spatchcock and cook the whole bird as it doesnt take very long using this method. Hope this helps.

    Thanks, I didn't think it would make much difference. I have done several whole 15-20lb spatchcocked in an hour to hour and a half. I plan on doing this the same as I would a whole turkey. Just wanted to see if anyone more experienced than me had any advice.
