Country Style Ribs, Chicken and Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Here are a few of my most recent cooks:
Country Style Ribs smoked up on the Mini BGE with a Mustard-Based BBQ Sauce
Simple Grilled Chicken Breasts with some JD Whiskey Barrel Oak Chips thrown in for extra flavor
The chicken is for this week's lunches.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake, served hot along with Blue Bell Vanilla Ice Cream
The cake recipe is Ree Drummond's. You can find her recipe HERE. It was very, very good. First time ever making pineapple upside down cake. Well, my wife made it for the most part, so I can't take the credit for putting it together. 
I got to do the fun part (drinking a cold one while cooking it up on the BGE).
