I loaded up the XL 3 Tier. Stuffed Mushrooms, Stuffed Jalapenos, Sweet potatoes and Squash. I use a local sausage ans cream cheese for mushrooms and Jalapenos. I used a EVOO and a chipotle cinnamon rub on sweet potatoes. I just did EVOO salt pepper on squash. Neighbor's cooked pork loin and deer meat.

    Stuffed peppers and mushrooms are incredible. We stuff our mushrooms with a shrimp and crab stuffing that my wife makes. They are outstanding. Yours look great my friend!
