Simple Cook: Grilled Veggies

We wanted something healthy last night and so I made veggie kabobs on the FireWires and Okra in the grilling basket.  It was all so good!!! I was thinking I would really be craving something else than veggies but it filled me up and it was pretty healthy.

Starting Veggies going on the kabob.  Zucchini, squash, red pepper, onion, pablano pepper...

The Aritsugu made quick work of the veggies...

Outstanding.  I use both those accessories for veggie cooks.  You are the first person I've seen here with the great basket.  Love mine.

We skewer our homegrown Okra and brush with EVOO and sprinkle with cayenne. Directly on the grill for a few and...delish!

Nice. Looks so healthy that it makes me feel guilty about my dinner! :)

Thanks Doc! Yeah I use that grilling basket a lot! It is perfect for egging! Glad to see someone else found it as well!
