The oldest Thermapen on the forum?

My Thermapen dates back to the late 1990's.  It pre-dates Thermoworks, and happens to be a centigrade version (-50 to 300 C) as there was no switch selector back then.  It was given to me as a promo item by Randy Owen who is the head of Thermoworks today - I knew him at the time.  In reality, it sat in a drawer, and I did not realize its advantages until I became active on this forum.  Only "complaint" is I have to convert from C to F, but I printed a table.  I would say it responds as fast as the current generation.

Anybody got anything as old or older?

Best device I've ever used in cooking whether on the Egg or not. Mine is not nearly that age but encouraging to hear that one that old is still useful.

This one's a year the previous that some one stole was maybe 5 years old.

Mine looks the oldest. I do not write on my new green one. This is the very first item one should buy.
