Mongolian Pork Chops

Options
Went to the costco before christmas and saw a pork crown roast. Way to much for one sitting for the wife and i so sliced it into a few chops. I had remembered this show and wanted to give it a try. http://www.foodnetwork.com/videos/mongolian-pork-chop/59685.html It was pretty darn cold here in denver last night but well worth it. I guessed on the measurements and made some subs for what I could find here. Marinated overnight. Long story short, we will repeat this though I think I'm gonna go easier on the hoisin sauce. Raised direct at around 400 - 450. I spent minimal time out of doors. Wifey paired with beans and roasted broccoli and asparagus.
