2200 sf for the 2 of us...however, when we get back from the the BCS game to celebrate Auburns victory we are going to add a 3rd occupant. We are going to a local animal shelter and get a rescue puppy.  >-

2.33 acres 1032 ft inside.... And about 2500 ft in porches patios and docks to hang out on. Wife, 2 small dogs, an aquarium and lots of visitors!

1800 SF on main floor.   Basement finished so another 1400 SF.   We had 3 kids and are now empty nesters so, plenty big for us.    BUT the kids come home with spouses and grandkids (3) so then we are happy to have this size house.   Very blessed to say the least.
