A Tale of Two Breakfasts

The Spouse is off for Christmas break, and I decided to blow the accrued leave and have a break as well. Since I am home I have been ministering to the breakfast duties. I am not a breakfast person, and a piece of fruit or a yoghurt is more than enough. The Spouse loves breakfast, but seldom has time for a big cook.
So here is a sample of the week. Yesterday was omelets, ham and hash browns on the Egg griddle. Last two were today, and sometimes it is just easier inside; ham and eggs with cheese grits.
I can't believe the scales are still being kind to me.

Yes do various types of home fries all the time. I have never been able to achieve restaurant quality hash browns from scratch. The Spouse loves Goetta which we make sometimes.henapple said:You're the breakfast King. Ever tried fried potatoes or home fries. ?

They were, but I suppose the pull up on the cloths rack might have thrown the reading off a little.Eggcelsior said:Doc, both feet need to be on the scale. I know that trick too
