First day of winter and its 70* here in PA. After the past two weeks or so I'm enjoying it. Put some chicken quarters on. The one in the back got a dose of DP Tsunami Spin under the skin and all over. The rest are being sprayed with a butter/vinegar/salt mix every 15 min or so. Not a traditional winter time cook for me given the attention it requires, but with these temps I'm enjoying it. The smell is incredible.
