The Chicken question

Has anyone ever used boneless skinless chicken breasts with "the chicken" recipe? If so, how did it turn out?

Trying to use what we have in the freezer...

Not sure what "the chicken" recipe is, but I do boneless/skinless all the time and they turn out great.  I will either do direct at around 400* for 8-9 minutes a side or 350* indirect for around 40 minutes.

Yes, I have used breasts for AZRP's "The Chicken " recipe. They turn out every bit as good as the leg quarters...plus they make GREAT sandwiches!

I am using thighs but would love to hear how they turn out

I've used "The Chicken" recipe to the tee, and slightly modified on essentially every kind of chicken part besides gizzards and livers and it works every time.

Come on I used to use the gizzards and liver as catfish bait and worked well when I had time to fish before children.
