Brisket must out do gmg grill

Ok never did brisket before picked up 6.5 lb at Costco I mouthed off that brisket off the egg will beat one of those pellet grills so Sunday is d day recommend cooking methods would be great

Costco generally only sells flats. Be careful because flats can get dry.

Your choice of meat will cause failure. Change it to a chopped beef contest and you can still win.

Not saying you will win, flats are just so dang hit or miss.  This one I did turned out great.  Bark wasn't the greatest but it was tender, moist and delicious.
