Anyone else have issues with there dome thermometer at cold temps say -10 degreesand below. I lit the egg waited and the temp kinda stuck at 220 or so and I just figured it was just the colder air slowing the process but then I heard a hissing sound and watched the temp needle slingshot up to 550 wtf?? Maybe I should keep the dome thermo inside and bring it to the egg when I need to use it cause Ice and cold definatley mess it up. It seems fine now however but I'm not sure on its accuracy after seeing this!!!

Jamie.
