@griffen Costco does sell them frenched. I bought a whole bone in loin and frenched it myself and saved the big hunks for the next time I do ribs and the little riblets I'm going to try and do pork burnt ends with. Either that or use them in a curry or chili. Come to think of it they would go well with a piece of cheese in a jalapeño.Dunedin, FL
