Baby Back Ribs

I have a large egg. My grandchildren are coming to visit this week end and want BBR done on the egg. Can two slabs off BBR fit on the egg. I do not have a rack. Thanks in advance. Phil

Yes. Two fit fine. I need a rib rack or another grid level for 3 or more.

I do two on my LBGE all the time. Just make sure that if any portion of the ribs extend beyond your plate setter that you put a piece of foil under that part of the rib. Otherwise, that part will overcook.

If you have a roast rack lay the ribs over it.

Didn't somebody roll ribs up on here recently? Rolled you should get 2-3 racks maybe more on a LGE.

I usually cut the racks in half which allows for better maneuvering on the grill.
