Grilled Turkey Thighs

Done for lunches. Marinated in Yoshida's Teriyaki.

IMO more flavor. Of course more meat. Marinated in teriyaki and then smoked they are delicious.

@DocEggerton at what temp did you smoke the thighs and to what internal temp ?2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.

Looks egglicious. my favorite part of turkey or chicken is the thigh. I sometimes stuff the turkey ones.

Marinate well in Yoshida's Teriyaki. Use a good amount of mesquite chunks. Smoke (indirect of course) at 250 for 2 - 3 hours until the internal is 180.
