Well, no pics or the steaks I had on, was a bit of a rush meal. Just thought I would show that the winter arrived, over night. Still grass the night before. This is here to stay. As much as i hated wheeling the egg out from the garage every cook last winter, im kinda missing it due to the snow, and it gave me a great excuse to go to the "man cave" everycook. Well....its here, may as well settle in for the long haul. I'll get back into posting cooks soon, been a busy month with family matters. Hope evey one is doing well, take care out there.

Be careful with the bread. It can go stale quickly.henapple said:Pretty... Chance of snow Tues in Mid Tennessee... I'm going to stock up on milk, bread, beer and condoms. I'll use 3 of the 4.

If we get over 2" of snow here it is almost a state of emergency!! I enjoy the snow. I know @henapple is kidding but that is the way everyone acts here in Ky. I wait till the snow comes then go to the grocery, some of the easiest shopping I have ever done.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Anywhere close or south of the US Mason-Dixon Line the weather beaters work closely with the grocers to manage the milk, bread and in @henapple's case, condoms. Coming from the Northeast it is quite entertaining to observe. But that said, the driving skills are very scary!
And @AlbertaEgger-glad you have surfaced even if thru a few cm's of snow!
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Seriously, our weather stations try to scare the hell out of you. 95% of the time they're wrong. It'll sprinkle and they've posted tornado warnings. Snow in Alberta and we have the Canadian air swooping down. I drive a 4x4... Couldn't care less.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

My wife drives a mini van even after a heavy night snow fall and can manage, just used to it i guess. And we dont listen to the weather stations, they are not very accurate here either....County of Parkland, Alberta, Canada -
