RLeeper said:How are you guys finding each other?---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Having a blast! It was a pleasure meeting you and your little one, @Chris_Wang !

@RLeeper We left around 1:15. I was just walking slowly and trying to look at forum handles on name tags. It was easier to spot the cooks since they were stationary. Never saw @NecessaryIndulg or @SmokinTiger81 though. :-q

Just got home from Stone Mountain Eggtoberfest 2013 a blast. It was my first. I could smell the food in the parking lot. I should have come Friday, so many people I wanted to thank for so much help since Jan. 2013 when I bought my egg.I walked for 4 hours I tried to eat everything I saw, what a great experience. If I have learned anything, I learned how to cook on my egg. I've listened to questions, answers, suggestions and techniques, and I have tried my own things. Some worked some did'nt, but at the end of the day you guys taught me how to cook and I think I can hang with the big dogs look for PKABOO next year 2014.Snellville,Ga.

Sorry I missed several of you. I was across from v1 and down a few spaces. Had orange ballons on ez up and tiger paw apron---hope to see you at hiawasse 2014. Next year we can post our number for our cooking space at beginning of day so folks here can find us. We served up ABT's , shrimp and grits and grilled thin crust pizzas.

@SmokinTiger There was another Clemson tent and they probably thought I was a crazy-starer. I kept trying to read their name tags to see if one of them were you! I'm sure it was creepy for them lol.

Sorry. I had a blue tent but orange balloons. I did have big menu board with name at top. Again. Sorry to have missed you.

First-timer had a ball. Caught a lot of teasing from my family, but they loved it and will wear their green Egg shirts proudly.
-
I'm sorry I missed several of you, too. I'm still up thinking about (and googling) how I'm gonna try and duplicate @misu 's stuffed pumpkins and another lady's pineapple upside down cake. There was some crazy talent out there today!
-
I couldn't find Dyal or Chris Wang. It was nice meeting Kristi and sorry I didn't know you were looking for @Smokingtiger he was right behind us. I did get to meet @Lit and @CharlesManeri and @shadownick and of course @smokingtiger thanks for taking the extra meet and greet ticket._________________________________________________Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story!Large BGE 2006, Mini Max 2014, 36" Blackstone, Anova Sous Vide

Had a great time but I was having trouble finding folks at the meet & greet and the Fest. @smokintiger81 - Loved the pizza and am planning to pick up the book. @Egret had the best name tag and was easy to spot. Had my BIL in from Boca Raton (a new egg covert) and he had a blast. Looking forward to next year!Milton, GA.
-
Thanks for the kind words from several on the pizzas. Since we were all trying to find each other, maybe next year we can set it up somehow where we all try to cook in the same section--sort of like the North Georgia guys do.
-
I'm all for an egghead forum section next year. It's near impossible to get out and try to find people when you are cooking (as I found out this year )Pentwater, MI
