Coupla tenderloins

Little Steven

Seasoned two tenderloins and slathered Dijon on one and "Sweet with Heat" on the other.

Cooked at 300* til 130* or so. Seared at 600* for a few minutes. Served with rice, carrots, Indian carrots and Indian onions. Made a sauce with apple juice, apple sauce, pork stock and some herbs

The second plate was Norma's. When she went to get it there was no meat or gravy on it. Richard Parker was looking real guilty like
