How did it turn out? That seems like a long cook at that temp, but the plated pic looks nice. Was the skin edible, or did it get to much char?

The skin wasn't edible. The rest was moist . The reason for over cooking was I haven't bought a meat thermometer yet.

@texaswig - don't let @Mickey off that easy. Your plate looks good, but the charred skin is due to no meat thermo, Mickey's only excuse was that he put on some wings and decided to take a nap, prolly in an adult beverage induced coma......
