Greetings friends,
Glad I had the foresight to copy this text before sending. Forums went down and had me login again. Frustrating. Anyway to the paste:
When I was shopping I was in the mood for leftovers and sandwiches. God bless the food saver. Today is spatchcocked turkey breast (bone in) at ~400* direct raised upper tier swing grate with San Antonio fajita rub, extra pepper, and spritzed olive oil. Random fruita wood chunks that weren't labelled were thrown in when I dropped the bird in the Egg. Looking good so far, I will update as the cool finishes.
Thanks for reading!

Those photographs are amazing. Look professional. I always take mine on my phone. They don't come out anywhere near as good. Good luck with the cook!Southern California

That thing is about ten feet in diameter. They're everywhere in nc. Hide in the Tops of trees. Figure they're just filtering the air in the backyard.Large BGE and Medium BGE
