Reading Angle of Repose by Wallace Stegner, and flipping through Watching Baseball Smarter. Also, keep going back to Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace, which I finally finished but am not quite done with.@henapple: God is Not Great was an interesting read. One sided, but it prompts a reader who dissents from Hitchen's view to formulate a response.__________________________

Currently reading "Blood of Heroes" by James Donovan over the battle of the Alamo. Very good detailed book.
Next up is "Skinner" Charlie Huston's new book. Probably my favorite fiction writer. After that is "The Bat" by Jo Nesbo.
I recently finished "Unbroken" as well and it is one of the best books I've ever read. Amazing story.
Guns Up! Roll Tide! -
Currently working through Allan Eckert's That Dark and Bloody River, a historical-based novel about the early frontiersmen and Native American along the Ohio River Valley. Amazing history and drama. His first book, The Frontiersman, is a true classic . However, these are not quick reads.

Does this forum have a rule regarding shameless plugs? If not, everyone should read my brother's novel, "That's Not A Feeling."It has received great reviews, which are linked on his website: http://danjosefson.com/Available from Amazon and Barnes & Noble, which selected the book for its Discover Great New Writers series.End shameless plug.__________________________

Books? Do they still sell them?
Since the computer age, all I read is online: the local paper, obituaries, egg forum, for sale items etc. etc. Now I got into you tube.... Don't have to read that, just turn up the speakers, they read all the words for ya out loud. Really enjoy fred's bbq.
