Beef Ribs - Pictures

Had to search a bit on Saturday to find beef ribs that were not cut up.  Finally found some at the local Kroger.

These are plate ribs, what normally gets cut up and turned into short ribs.

Salt, Pepper, Dizzy PiG Steak rub, some worch.

started at 240 dome, indirect.  After 2 hours, wasn't anywhere close to being done.  Foiled with some beer and bbq sauce.   1.5 hours, inching the heat up as I go.   Out of the foil, showing bone, but the clump of meat on top was not done.   Cooked another almost 2 hours until I decided they were done.

Probably the most tasty and tender piece of meat I have ever cooked.   Fantastic.   Sliced the top part like brisket.  WOW
