I noticed this thread is 2 years long. This is going to sound harsh, but you are scared for your health, but you won't eat right, won't exercise, and won't cut back on alcohol consumption. It is apparent you either don't want to succeed or don't have any willpower. If it is the former then there is nothing anyone can do to help. If it is the latter, then maybe a dietitian or food counselor would give you the tools and motivation to try. I hope it is the latter..
