Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I signed up a few weeks ago, and having been lurking in the shadows reading all the great and useful information about BGE. I've been smoking and cooking for years, and recently was given a BGE by a friend who never used it (great guy!). After using it the first time, I wish I would have bought one years ago! I've had it about a month and have used it every weekend. Here is a picture from this past weekend.

That is quite a deal you got on that egg! I'm trying to decide whether you should give your friend food you cooked on it...if you let him eat some of those ribs he might ask for it back!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
