Get going, I want to see the results.

WOW! That is nice.

-
That's awesome

Be careful - you might get into a bit of trouble if you toss that middle one onto the egg.

Now you pay attention to what in the basket goes on your egg! Don't be having your drink on when loading that Egg.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

I am definitely jealous. I can't easily find packers where we live now in Maryland. We are moving this summer to the Plano area and I was disappointed to find out that there aren't regular HEBs that far north.
-
You should try the Travis style. I hear it is really good.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

He shoots, he SCOOOOOOOOORES. Nice action.

Jealous! No chance of seeing anything like those in the suburbs of NYC.Mamaroneck

@travisstrick make sure you read those instructions and don't try something crazy like onions and beer and stuff

I got 4 of them as well but the Bee Cave HEB did not have them. They did have prime for $3.97 so I got 2 of those too. I thknk I have a problem. I was told that the North Region of HEB is the one running the deal so it starts at the 620/2222 HEB and goes north from there. Cazzy got skunked in SA today and my HEB, just 10 miles from 620/2222 had not heard anything about it and was running a sale on prime.CAB Brisket for $1.77 is the best brisket deal I have ever seen. Anyone in N. Austin and north should grab as many as you can and freeze them. Frozen CAB is better than most choice briskets out there.I had to buy a freaking freezer to hold them
)
seriously, these brisket are $50 CHEAPER EACH than the choice briskets I bought at whole foods last week and they are every bit as good.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -

It's our local grocery chain that covers half of TX and I think a few cities in LA.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
4Runner said:What is HEB?H.E.B. stands for Howard E. Butt, the founder of the grocery chain. It started in Corpus Christi. Until a few years ago, it was generally thought of as a second tier chain, but they have really upped the quality. They also started the Central Market stores, a real upscale (yuppie) grocery store. The large cities in Texas have one, maybe two, of these stores.__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious

If any of you Texas boys got my name in the rub and sauce exchange, feel free to pack me a couple of those briskest in a Yeti cooler with dry ice and send my way.

One store had about 50 briskets. 20 or so were the cab for $1.77. It's hard work in central Texas.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.
-
Several months ago HEB had packers for $0.97 per pound. But $1.77 is pretty good.
-
Travis, I'll give you 4 colourful Canadian dollars per pound
