I'm buying dishes to" plate" my cooks. Spend as much time taking pictures of ingredients , food and alcoholic beverages. Refinished my cutting board merely for pictures. Digging through tj maxx like a gold miner in a river. Buying lump in bulk and keeping bags in my truck in case an egger needs some. My neighbors evidently think my house has become a Golden Corral. Spend time staring at a green ceramic cooker. I've gained 25 lbs.. And don't care. Lastly, I spend entirely too much time on an Internet forum... And love it.

My wife used to ask why I take pictures of everything, we were with some friends last week and she was telling them about the Pig Shots I made and how awesome they were then she looks at me and says "show them the pictures". She doesn't ask anymore, she may remind me next time.

If your neighbors are anything like mine, they smell something cooking and text you to ask what you are doing. It's getting hard coming up with excuses as to what I'm doing INSTEAD of cooking.
