Sorry, but I posted this in the wrong place earlier today. Now I have it all figured out I think. My name is Richard. My wife and I live in Selma CA and we have a medium egg. We've had it for about 4 months now. I've tried several dishes so far and just love this egg. This is our attempt to cook stir fry with a little too much sauce but was still very tasty. We will be attending the Eggfest next month in San Jose. Looking forward to that.
I'm sure my wife will chime in once in awhile too....that's if she ever gets approved??

Richard, the stir fry looks good. Welcome to you and your wife!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
