Ozark delivery advice needed

I've had so many folks express interest in getting some Ozark that I'm having a difficult time remembering names and cities, etc...

Could I start a thread and just bookmark it? On my droid all the time so a spreadsheet is gonna be tedious at best.

I'm heading to Charleston WV tomorrow if there's any eggheads needing lump. I hate to keep posting updates all the time. VI said I was clogging up the forum.

What about a thread for each trip with the places you'll hit during that run. People can then sign up so you have a head count. I guess that's kinda what you do already.

This is a good way to handle it IMO.  As long as the title is descriptive, people can choose not to read the thread if it does not pertain to them.

I used a GoogleDocs spreadsheet to track everything when I used to do what you're doing.  You can make a form and have people enter whatever info you want.  Then it will auto fill into a spreadsheet and email you every time there is a submission.  Works great on an Android phone.

I had to switch all the charcoal over to QuickBooks now, but I still use the Google Form for local orders of other stuff......fire grates, smoking woods, chimney caps, gaskets, temp controllers, and all the other products I produce/sell.

@cazzy - Ozark Oak is also carried by BBQ Outfitters in Southlake. There is also a BBQ Outfitters in Austin however I don't know for sure if they carry it in their story but would be surprised if they didn't.

I think I'll go old school. I have a large us map in the cave. I keep job location, month, customer... All color coded. I'll mark the areas green where I know where Ozark Oak is wanted. I'll keep a data base of names and when heading to that area I'll send out a pm.

Bad news is looks like I'll be hitting tx empty handed. Good news is I hope to get several hundred bags coming home.

Several hundred bags?  I guess I better head to Harps tonight and stock up before you clean it out!  Or are you detouring to the plant?
