I don't know if we have tried the Southwest, but we love some of the other flavors.  We like the chopped variety and this one is staple.

The only one I have used is the Sesame Asian kit.  Added some grilled chicken boobies to it and it was good.

We eat this one all the time at our house.  We add 1 can of Heart of Palm and 1 can Artichoke Hearts.
