That was a 9lb brisket on top of my two brisket post. I did you a stainless medium grid for the top. I'm sure if you use a flimsy grid it will bow.

@Fletcherfam Assuming it works with the plate setter it should work with the Woo. I would like to know also before I decide.

As mentioned, we have only contacted the company for a group buy rate and distribution after seeing it on alton's cook.  

It works with the plate setter so I would have to assume it works with the woo.
