Had to try the Chiken Bombs:
First roasted the Jalapeño peppers, also tried some Baby Bell Peppers, but not much into that.
Then i preppared the Bombs as usual! With some black lager to pass the build time!
Put on the BGE at 350º
Applied some Sweet Baby Rays and ready to serve.
They look pretty amazing and tasted amazing as well.

The bombs look diggity. Nice job using all of the real estate on the egg. I like the sausage gaseket .What is the hunk of meat cooking? It looks really good as well.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The foiled wrappers are housing jalapeños with the same filling but no chicken and wraped in bacon. This way you can be sure to tame the jalapeños! The large hunk of meat are 2" Beef short ribs. The large sausage is Longanisa, its between a sausage and chistorra.Thank you guys for the comments!FelipeMen, easier fed than understood!!
