2 Nakad Hams (16lbs), 3 Butter Ball turkey breasts (21lbs), 15 lbs of sausage. All cooked this morning and now I am resting, all went home. This is a pic of the breasts, got busy and forgot the hams. Used both Large but could have done all one one starting at 7:00 and be ready by 11;30.

HA !  You said there'd be 60 people there, and you only had 55.  You see, you COULD have gone to the Austin Eggfest after all.

Mickey, did the mini get any work? Can't believe you only had 55 people. You should have canceled the party.

VI it was not a hard cook at all. A damn month of cleaning grounds and house was a bear. As of now I am here, wedding later in day.

HEB is great. I would be surprised if Southside in Elgin didn't make it for them. It's just as good and very similar

Hope you had beverages before the wedding. Those always go smoother after a few drinks. At least that is what I told my wife 10 years ago.

After organizing Salado, 55 should be nothing for you.  I am glad you are relaxing and taking it easy on your back.
