Oh man just saw this, here is my post from the big day! Kentucky Hot Brown

How did your party turn out?
Large & Small BGE, CGW Two-Tier Swing Rack for BOTH EGGS, Spider for the Wok, eggCARTen & and Cedar Pergola my Eggs call home in Edmond, OK.
  • We had a great time. Put the horses names in a jar and everyone drew a horse. The winner got mink cakes from a local bakery.
Last year, I made full size Hot Browns similar to yours (I didn't have heirloom tomatoes though...) This year, since I was also making the bourbon marinated pork tenderloin, I made mini hot browns out of french baguette slices, sliced turkey, and roma tomatoes. Served them as pre race snacks. Looks like ya'll had a good time as well
