Reverse Seared Ribeyes with Buffalo Shrimp

The shrimp portion of this project needs some work but the reverse seared ribeyes were probably the most tender steaks I have ever cooked.

That looks darn good. Steak looks like buttah! The shrimp recipe sounds great...was the main problem that the breadcrumbs burned? Perhaps in this case an indirect or raised direct on the kamodo might have worked better?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
