Just came back from the local market. As my better half was getting pork chops for tonight and chicken for Sunday , I wandered . I looked at some ribs and next to them were a few cryo paks of shoulders @ 99 cents / #. Had to take the biggest one home. $19.46.

Looks likes some pulled pork for half and some sausage from the other one.

So happy ,I'm treating myself to a Southern Comfort Manhatten.
