Cut down a crown roast to chops yesterday..2 1/2" thick. Sous vide for about four hours with Hawg Rub and turbinado sugar. Grilled for a few minutes. I Phone pic though

    @Griffin‌, I mentioned the other day that I thought it was funny when somebody bumped a thread and everyone started commenting on it like it was recent. Just found something that looked good and thought I'd bump it to see if it would regenerate comments. You busted me out right from the get go, but it sounds like I still got you. :))
