I got an email from a food company yesterday with the title "Grilling Season is just around the corner."

My thought was "When did it ever stop???"

Real men roast dead animals year round! Ha ha ha.

I've really gotten a kick out of the "Grilling Season", but I do have two things to say

    1. I live in MS where winter might hit below 40, a day or two of slush snow shuts the town down, and if it's below 30, no one leaves there house except to deer hunt

    2. I couldn't grill year round when I had my gasser, but know that I have my egg, I still grill 2-3 times a week.

Grilling season is all year round. It's been 30 years or more since I last did a steak indoors.   Before I had the Egg, low & slow or indirect cooks weren't occurring in the winter months.
