Hariyali chicken tikka
Rainy Sunday here in TN and became a little creative. Always wanted to do this. Have attached the recipe in Word, but have it in .lcb if there is an interest.
So I have Chicken both boneless skinless thigh and breast (SWMBO does not like thighs) in the marinade.
On the SBGE
And its done. Sorry had company hovering and no one was in any mood to wait. It was gone before I said wait. These two were saved for me by me.
No fancy plating either. It did not live that long.
We had it with Indian tomato rice pillaf and naan bread as well.
Here is the doc.:

Bravo! those look great. I have tried a few "green" tandoori recipes and love the flavor of cilantro and mint in the mix. Made up a "hara bhara jheenga" (shrimp with cilantro and mint marinade) that made a great appetizer.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

jlsm said:Finally figured out how to get the file. What do you use for the "green chillies"? Poblano?Indians refer to green chile or red chile as a standard. Sometimes long red or long green. They are quite hot, up around a serrano or birdseye. They are long and narrow

LS is right, I get it at the Indian or Thai grocery. They are thin and small and pack a lil punch to them. We eat spicy and like hot food so I add a Serrano to the mix as well.

@mickey. Without Mint that mix will not be good. Maybe you can balance it with a little more of cumin.
