Boneless leg of lamb butterflied, made 20 slits on the inside and stuffed with slices of garlic. Tied and marinaded in lemon juice, garlic, oregano, rosemary and olive oil. Finished with a little rub. Going on indirect @ 350 until IT of 140. More.pics to come.

Tied and done indirect @ 370. Per suggestion from Little Steven we made artichoke appetizer as well. Pita was a little too crisp.
